Jagdeep Singh is an alumnus of University Business School, Panjab University, MBA Human Resources (Batch of 2001). Prior to that he graduated in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University. Founded in 2004, INPHASE Education is the brainchild of Jagdeep, the time when concept of Overseas Education Consulting was still in nascent stage. Eighteen years on, he is among the most respected names in Overseas Education Industry of India.
Jagdeep is ICEF Certified Counselor for Canada and is also certified as New-Zealand Specialist Education Counselor. He is a senior member of Association of Australian Education Representatives in India (AAERI). Regarded as powerhouse of knowledge on the subject, he is credited with successfully guiding thousands of students in fulfilling their overseas dreams.

Ishlesh Bhaskar is an alumnus of University Business School, Panjab University, MBA Human Resources (Batch of 2001), and B. Tech in Industrial Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar. Prior to taking entrepreneurial plunge with INPHASE, he has over eighteen years of rich experience in managing and leading various aspects of Human Resource Function, spanning across high paced business domains of Renewable Energy, Banking, Telecom and e-Commerce organizations such as Acme Solar, Onicra Credit Ratings, HDFC Bank and Bharti Airtel.
Ishlesh is a Career Coach, certified by National Career Development Alliance (NCDA), USA. He is also a Certified Assessor to Assessment/ Development Centers and on Mercer’s International Position Evaluations
