REQUIREMENTS FOR UK

For Undergraduate

  • For universities 60% or above is required, however in some cases 50% and above can be acceptable depending upon the profile.
  • Recent pass out candidates will always be preferred but cases with 2 years study gap can be acceptable with valid gap proof.
  • IELTS is required with an overall score of 6.0 bands and not less than 5.5 Bands. If the student is not having IELTS score, minimum 60% marks in English is mandatory.
  • If mark in English is not up-to the acceptability then a letter(MOI) from an educational institution will be required stating that the language of instruction was in English during the study.

For Post-Graduate

  • Academic requirements are same as undergraduate.
  • Gaps are acceptable but must be mentioned briefly.
  • IELTS is required with an overall score of 6.5 bands and no bands less than 5.5. However, in some cases 6.0 bands are acceptable with no band less than 5.5.
  • In case the marks or IELTS bands is not satisfactory, a letter (MOI) from an educational institution will be required stating that the language of instruction was in English during the study.

  • Students who are applying for Tier 4 student visa generally need the following documents:
  • Current passport
  • All educational certificates, marksheets
  • Letter of Recommendation from two different references
  • Statement of Purpose
  • Gap Explanation (if any)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Evidence of funds to provide your living expenses for the duration of your course and Sponsorship Details

WORK WHILE STUDY IN UK

Earn while Studying
For some international students, working while studying helps to supplement their income while providing valuable work experience that could improve future career prospects. Undergraduate-level international students on a Tier 4 visa are currently permitted by law to work a maximum of 20 hours each week during term time, with no limit during vacations.
